Homemade Banana Bread
Fresh banana bread reminds me of home. My Grandma Charlotte made this homemade banana bread for us when we were young and today it's my kid's favorite breakfast!

Ingredients

bananas, mashed

sugar
3
eggs, beaten
1/2
cup
vegetable oil
1/3
cup
buttermilk

cups
flour
1 1/2
tsp
baking soda
1
tsp
vanilla

cup
walnuts, chopped

Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 325° for a convection oven or 350° for a regular oven. Grease two 8 x 4 small loaf pans.
Peel and mash bananas.
Combine bananas and next 7 ingredients in medium bowl, mix well.
Fold in walnuts with spatula.
Spread batter in two greased 8 x 4 small loaf pans.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Notes
Optional, replace walnuts with 1/2 cup chocolate chips
