Prep ingredients. Peel avocado and dice into squares, quarter cherry tomatoes, dice cucumber, mince garlic clove and slice basil.
In medium mixing bowl gently combine all dip ingredients: avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, EVOO, minced garlic, white balsamic vinegar, sea salt and sliced basil.
Preheat broiler. Place the sliced bread on a cookie sheet and brush with olive oil. Toast for ~3 minutes until golden brown.
Slice garlic clove and rub over toasted bread.
Add avocado dip on toasted bread and serve immediately.
