If you love avocados, you will love this appetizer. This Avocado Bruschetta is so mouthwatering delicious. All of your guests and friends will be texting you for the recipe.
In our opinion, any party food has one requirement: must be able to make in advance. Normally this is not possible with avocado, but this dip has a special ingredient, (white balsamic vinegar)! This allows the dip to save up to 24 hours in an air tight container and the avocado will not brown.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

AVOCADO DIP INGREDIENTS
- 1 large avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in quarters
- 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup sliced basil
TOAST INGREDIENTS
- 1 loaf baguette, sliced
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
INSTRUCTIONS
+ Prep ingredients. Peel avocado and dice into squares, quarter cherry tomatoes, dice cucumber, mince garlic clove and slice basil.
+ In medium mixing bowl gently combine all dip ingredients: avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, EVOO, minced garlic, white balsamic vinegar, sea salt and sliced basil.
+ Preheat broiler. Place the sliced bread on a cookie sheet and brush with olive oil. Toast for ~3 minutes until golden brown.
+ Slice garlic clove and rub over toasted bread. Add avocado dip on toasted bread and serve immediately.
*The avocado dip can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours in an air tight container.
