Toddler Broccoli Cheese Wheels
You’re toddler will love these broccoli cheese wheel roll ups. They are a great way to hide veggies and protein in their meal or snack.

I meal prep these regularly at the beginning of the week and they are a such a big hit with my toddler and I enjoy them as well! I portion them out in sandwich bags and store in the fridge for make ahead lunches or any mealtime at home. I just heat in the microwave for a couple seconds before serving.

What You will Need

Broccoli Cheese Wheel Roll Up Ingredients

Step 1: Roll out dough on parchment paper

Preheat oven to 375°F, line baking sheet with parchment paper and roll out crescent dough onto paper.

Step 2: Spread cream cheese on dough

Spread approximately 3 tablespoons cream cheese evenly across the dough.

Step 3: Chop up broccoli and sprinkle on dough

Chop up frozen broccoli into toddler sized pieces and sprinkle evenly on top of cream cheese.

Step 4: Sprinkle on shredded cheese

Take 1/4 cup shredded cheese of your choice and sprinkle evening on top of broccoli.

Step 4: Roll dough into log shape

Carefully fold in the edge of the dough and roll on top of itself into a log shape.

Step 4: Slice dough into even cuts

Carefully slice dough log into even wheel cuts.

Step 4: Place wheels about 1 inch apart for baking

Gently separate sliced wheels and place about 1 inch apart on parchment paper.

Step 4: Bake at 375°F for 11-13 minutes

Bake wheels in oven at 375°F for about 11-13 minutes depending on your oven.

Enjoy!

You can reheat in the microwave for 10-15 seconds if storing in the fridge. You’re toddler may even eat these cold if they do not warm lunches at school!
