We are so excited you are here! We are Mal and Jess, a sister duo who grew up together in St. Louis, MO. We decided to start this blog when we found ourselves craving a creative outlet that allows us to explore the things that make us happy. For us, many of those things are empowering others through real life experiences we are going through as moms and women, crafting, baking, cooking, party planning, design, traveling and all the creative things in between!
Our Inspiration
We grew up in a very creative family. Our mother has always been the jack of all trades. She can sew a dress from scratch, paint a wall mural that will take your breath away, design a greeting card, illustrate and write a children’s book, bake a cake like a boss (check out her business Sooz Cakes) and master any craft known to woman. You could say she is a real Martha Stewart!
Her creativity and desire to craft was instilled in us at a very young age.
