Invitation

I always like to start planning a party theme with the invitation. I wanted a clean, modern design with unique, bold colors. We used our editable digital template. I sent the invitation digitally but it can easily be printed at home or through a printer, like Walgreens. I recommend printing on card stock paper, especially for the tabletop signs and tags, if you are not putting them in a frame.

Decorations & Activities

We used a portable aluminum arch (super light weight!), along with the Clear light up LED Balloons, number One balloons, and the langing clouds with ight up LED lights, so cool! We added in some hanging Vintage airplane toys to the clouds. We made the highchair an airplane by using foam board, dowel rods, cardboard and posterboard and a hot glue gun. It simply sat on top of the tray and we could remove if needed.

We wanted to dress the birthday boy on theme with the party so we ordered this adorable vintage pilot outfits from Dillards!

Food & Dessert

The party was at 10am so we served brunch and ordered catering from Whole Foods, along with offering Mimosa’s, Coffee, juice boxes and water. We of course had our custom cookies and cake by the one and only Sooz Cakes. She ships cookies nationwide, and you can order ahead of time and they keep perfectly in the freezer. Check her out here to order!

We printed fun food and tabletop signs to add to the Time Flies theme and had them propped up throughout the party.

Party Favors

In addition to the sugar cookies by @soozcakes, we had take home 3D airplane puzzles for the kids to make and they loved them! We dressed them up with our cute gift tag and Baggage Claim sign.

Levi loved his Airplane birthday party! And his friends did too. The decorations were modern and simple, making for easy set up and clean up.
