What You Will Need

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 oz. package Corkscrew pasta noddles, tri color
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 cup cauliflower, chopped into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • 7 oz. sweetened condensed milk, Eagle Brand
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/8 cup sugar
Pasta Salad

Step 1: Prep Ingredients

Cook tri color corkscrew pasta noodles to al dente and let cool. Cut broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and cheddar cheese.

Step 2: Make Sauce

In large mixing bowl, combine Miracle Whip, sweetened condensed milk (1/2 can), vinegar and sugar.

Pasta Salad

Step 3: Combine and Refrigerate

Gently combine sauce, pasta, veggies and cheese. Transfer to air tight container and refrigerate. Stir well before serving.

  • 1 Large Pot

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz. package corkscrew pasta noddles tri color
  • 1 c broccoli chopped into small pieces
  • 1 c cauliflower chopped into small pieces
  • 1/2 c carrots sliced
  • 3/4 c cheddar cheese cubed
  • 1 c Miracle Whip
  • 7 oz sweetened condensed milk Eagle Brand
  • 1/2 c vinegar
  • 1/8 c sugar

Instructions
 

  • Cook tri color corkscrew pasta noodles to al dente and let cool.
  • Cut broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces, slice carrots and cube cheddar cheese.
  • In large mixing bowl, combine Miracle Whip, sweetened condensed milk (1/2 can), vinegar and sugar
  • Gently combine sauce, pasta, veggies and cheese.
  • Transfer to air tight container and refrigerate.
  • Stir well before serving.
