INGREDIENTS
- 16 oz. package Corkscrew pasta noddles, tri color
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped into small pieces
- 1 cup cauliflower, chopped into small pieces
- 1/2 cup carrots, sliced
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 cup Miracle Whip
- 7 oz. sweetened condensed milk, Eagle Brand
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/8 cup sugar
Step 1: Prep Ingredients
Cook tri color corkscrew pasta noodles to al dente and let cool. Cut broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and cheddar cheese.
Step 2: Make Sauce
In large mixing bowl, combine Miracle Whip, sweetened condensed milk (1/2 can), vinegar and sugar.
Step 3: Combine and Refrigerate
Gently combine sauce, pasta, veggies and cheese. Transfer to air tight container and refrigerate. Stir well before serving.

- 1 c broccoli chopped into small pieces
- 1 c cauliflower chopped into small pieces
- 1/2 c carrots sliced
- 3/4 c cheddar cheese cubed
- 1 c Miracle Whip
- 7 oz sweetened condensed milk Eagle Brand
- 1/2 c vinegar
- 1/8 c sugar
Instructions
- Cook tri color corkscrew pasta noodles to al dente and let cool.
- Cut broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces, slice carrots and cube cheddar cheese.
- In large mixing bowl, combine Miracle Whip, sweetened condensed milk (1/2 can), vinegar and sugar
- Gently combine sauce, pasta, veggies and cheese.
- Transfer to air tight container and refrigerate.
- Stir well before serving.
